Transformer Protector Corp. (TPC) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy explains what information TPC gathers about you, what and how TPC uses that information, the lawful basis on which that information is used and who TPC give that information to. TPC is committed to protect and respect your privacy. The TPC Privacy Policy is to inform you what information TPC has about you and how this information is used in a lawful manner.

The TPC Privacy Policy shows how TPC processes, collect, store, protect and handle information about you whenever TPC provide our services.

 

What information TPC collects and uses.

TPC may collect and process your data given by third party or in public domain.

If your data is provided by emails or other types of correspondences or filling forms on our website or during tradeshows or meetings or subscription to the TPC weekly/monthly newsletter or use of the TPC payment gate system, etc., they generally include:

  • Company Name & Address
  • Phone & Fax Number
  • Email Address
  • Billing information
  • Other contact details

TPC uses artificial and human technology/intelligence and it can generate emails of potential prospects, names and company.

In a few cases our information gets to irrelevant prospects; however, TPC has made it possible for them to UNSUBSCRIBE from any of the TPC mailing lists. Once done, they will not receive any marketing-related news from TPC.

TPC could preserve records of correspondences between TPC and yourself. Surveys could be carried out for market research purposes, you have the right to respond or ignore it.

 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Information relating to the TPC Customer Relationship Management (CRM), which includes; name, email, employer, position and information contained in communication between TPC, yourself or employer. The CRM system will be processed to manage relationships with clients. The reason of processing is to our legitimate interest.

TPC might collect or obtain personal details, in case of interaction with TPC, how friendly was our service, how useful did you find the information and many more, as to ensure everything is functioning effectively.

Unsubscribe

From time to time, TPC may email you information which might interest you based on the latest market trends. If you wish to no longer receive any emails from TPC, you may remove yourself from our electronic database by clicking “unsubscribe” in any of the marketing emails that TPC send or send an email to: contact@transproco.com.

How long TPC intend to store your personal information
TPC will hold your personal data on its systems for the longest of the following periods:

  1. As long as necessary for the relevant activity, which is typically 7 years;
  2. Any retention required by law;
  3. At the end of the period which investigations might arise in respect of our process/activities.
